If you are over 50 and looking for a gentle exercise class to keep active and fit, then this class is for you.
The 1 hour class consists of gentle standing aerobics, chair aerobics, resistance band work, balance, flexibility and stretching.
The class has a range of members who are all at different levels of fitness, so you can work to your own advantage.
We meet once a week at the ‘Waterside Church Hall’ in Waterside, Chesham every Monday at 11.15am.
