Let me introduce myself. My name is Ania and I have been working in the fitness industry since 2001. Even though I studied English at University and wanted to become a journalist, my passion for health and fitness took over. I have been involved with Dance and Martial Arts for many years and believe that these roots have given a strong foundation in training and my knowledge. I believe through my own experiences in fitness and exercise, my approach to personal training and exercise is a fresh and unique approach suited to all. Since 2003 I have been teaching a large variety of classes, which provides my clients with a choice of training methods and techniques that are all as fun and affective as the next.

I studied English Literature and Performing arts at university, whilst at the same time studying fitness and nutrition. During my free time I enrolled on different courses through YMCA, FUTUREFIT, FIE, DRUMMOND and PREMIERE which has led to my teaching of the following group exercise classes.

    After teaching classes I decided to focus more on 1:1 with personal training, as I know how hard it is to achieve certain goals. I have then gone on to teaching children at local schools with cheerleading, fitness and dance. With the whole ‘High School Musical’ craze I have been teaching children cheerleading which involves dance routines, gymnastics and stunts. This is still very popular and going strong. I am now moving onto much tougher tasks such as coordinating bootcamps.

    I bring multiple elements to each of my sessions. I am a Premier Personal Trainer and hold a Fitness Trainer Award. I have an FIE Level 3 Fitness Instruction but in addition to this have worked hard to gain my FIE Exercise to Music Certification and Drummond Level 2 Exercise to Music Certification. After such intense training in dance and martial arts, I decided to take a different direction with BodyBalance. Not being a fan of Yoga, I warmed to the idea of BodyBalance with it being a mix of Yoga, Pilates and Tia-Chi. It’s great music, which really helps flexibility, mobility, strength and injuries. My ultimate goal is to give back to my clients and ensure they achieve the results that they want. My priority and commitment to all my clients is to get them there as quickly as is possible. I know I can help any individual achieve their goals but am also passionate about keeping my clients motivated throughout their training and journey to success.

    My training involves a lot of Cardio and Weight training. However, my biggest passion is RUNNING. Over the years I have increased my levels of training and knowledge to be the best that I can be. I have taken workshops on Marathon training, participated in training camps abroad and read a wide range of books. I have worked my way up from training for 3-mile races, to have completed over 20 full Marathons and also 8 ultra marathons. I have competed in marathons all over the world including London, Amsterdam, Paris, New York, Berlin, Edinburgh and Boston. I am 2 marathons away from completing the ABBOTT WORLD MAJOR MARATHON SERIES. I will be racing CHICAGO in October 2019 and TOKYO March 2020. At the end of 2018 I decided to set 2 goals – a sub 3 hour marathon and also a sub 1:25 marathon. I achieved both these at The London Big Half and MANCHESTER MARATHON. I am happy to say I am officially an ELITE and SEMI-PROFESSIONAL runner. My passion and determination proves that anything is possible if you put in the hard work.
