I specialise in providing such attention and motivation. I am a freelance personal trainer and running coach with 20 years experience in the fitness industry. Working in Buckinghamshire,Berkshire and Hertfordshire, with a small studio based in Amersham. Available at your convenience, I can come to your workplace, home, or train at my studio for a one-on-one or a group session. I realise the importance of individuality. We re all different, both internally and externally. My professional consultation will work with your individual situation to ensure that your goals are met.
