At the start of the pandemic, I had to quickly learn how to train clients virtually. This was either using ZOOM, MICROSOFT TEAMS, and FACETIME. I even went LIVE over on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube for various brands.

This has led to an influx of online training, which has been thriving now for over 2 years. This is a great way of training if you don’t live in the area and would still like to be coached.

VIRTUAL COACHING consists of home plans, which include Running, HIIT training, Strength work, Pilates, and Yoga. I also offer ZOOM sessions with certain packages.

You DO NOT need a gym for virtual coaching. I create the plans around whatever you have at home, whether this is just a pair of dumbbells or Bodyweight exercises.

Rest assured these plans are set every week to fit around your lifestyle and goals. They are personally made to help you achieve your goals and are adjusted depending on your weekly schedules.

I also include Hiit, strength, Pilates, and yoga recordings to add to your training.

Block payments are every 4 weeks.

Training plans are sent weekly.
