            I have a small personal gym at my home. This includes the POWERPLATE, Treadmill, Spinning Bike, Bosu and Swiss Ball, Kettlebells and various other weights.
            I am based in Amersham, so if you prefer to come somewhere more spacious and private then this is the place for you.
             
 Your home
 
   
            There is no need to join a gym when I can come to your home with my equipment. I provide equipment such as STEP, WEIGHTS, RESISTANCE BANDS, MEDICINE BALLS, SWISS BALLS, BOSU BALL, SKIPPING ROPE, KETTLE BELLS…. There is so much you can do in your own home than you realise. So there is no need to join a gym!
             
 Outside
 
   
            Yes, we can train outside! Go for a power walk or run, use the trees and benches for some push-ups. We do occasionally have ok weather, which is good for us to get some training in the fresh air.
             
 At the Gym
 
   
            If you are already a member of a gym I may be able to train you there.  If I don't currently teach at your gym I can contact them and try to come to some sort of arrangement.             
            If your gym has a studio we can use this for 1:1 classes if you are interested in Spinning, Aerobics or Martial Arts.
            In addition, if your area is not listed we may be able to meet at a gym half way.
