I specialise in providing such attention and motivation. I am a freelance personal trainer working in buckinghamshire, berkshire and hertfordshire. Available at your convenience, I can come to your workplace or your home, with my equipment, or a gym for a one-on-one or a group session. I realise the importance of individuality. We’re all different, both internally and externally. My professional consultation will work with your individual situation to ensure that your goals are met.
